We stayed in one of the raft houses right on the river, the veranda right on the river is perfect for relaxing and watching the river life flow by.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We stayed in a River View Onsen Villa and it was 100% worth the extra money as the view was completely breathtaking, especially at sunset. Overall in the resort the staff were friendly, facilities are good and well kept, food is nice.

The staff are nice. Free laundry and hot shower.

This hotel is superbly designed! Most hotels are a lot of boxes bolted together.....but not Natee!! Everywhere you look you will find lovely design features which make this hotel quite unique! The river views are spectacular and one can spend hours simply watching the river and the wildlife. Look out for the huge Water Monitor swimming around! I have stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels around the world and this hotel is my absolute favourite. The staff are friendly and can;t help enough!

We stayed here for 2 nights in an interconnected room. Everything was clean. They have 2 swimming pools. The restaurant is on the river & you can watch the sunset while having a drink. We ate dinner at the restaurant both nights & the food was really nice. All the staff were really nice.

Property was right in a busy street with nice restaurants, street food and bars but you couldn’t hear anything once in the hotel. Pool and the garden are really nice. Gorgeous sunset! The design of the room and the hotel in general is really nice as well. I stayed somewhere else in Kanchanaburi before going here and really wished I’d have spent my entire time in this hotel instead. They provide shuttles if you ask.

loved the large bright room overlooking pool. Breakfast had a good variety of food although not much to my taste but I especially liked the omelette, fruit and the thai deserts (for breakfast!). pool welcoming and open late! We found it an easy walk to the Kwai bridge and train station areas, about 20 mins each direction, but you would want a taxi if going any further. Lovely to sit by the river and just watch.

Ideal location on the Riverside. Clean room with hot shower & European toilet. Friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Excellent food with a vast choice of Thai and foreign food. Stunning sunset views. Value for money ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
