A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Moyobamba, Shapingo Wasi Eco Lodge is a luxury tent surrounded by views of the city. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a patio. The luxury tent features mountain views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The best thing about Shapingo is the super friendly staff. Christian looked after us so well, being attentive with breakfast and dinner, sharing loads of knowledge on what to do around the area, helping us secure a last minute trip to Tingana reserve. It was also nice to be on the outskirts of Moyabamba, but a short Mototaxi ride into the centre.

Just an incredible place to stay. The staff - reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping - were amongst the best I have experienced in hospitality. The food is excellent. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and nice to be in. There are two pools - one amazing natural pool and the main one. The wildlife and insects everywhere make you feel like you’re right in the heart of the rainforest. Make sure and ask for tours from Rodil - he’s excellent!
The best was the location, very peaceful surrounding by nature. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean. Hot water in the shower works perfect, being in the jungle, many places don’t have hot showers, so for those that enjoy a warm shower after a long day, this is a plus. The river is just next to the lodge and it’s clean and lovely to spend some relaxing time!
Place to stay in Tarapoto! Very chilled. Nice pool and great hammocks with a space to do yoga and hang out! We loved the food in Susiche:)!
This place is amazing!. The hotel had access to the lake and has a lovely pier with hammocks to watch the sunset. We reserved the bungalow and it was exactly as in the pictures. The breakfast was very yummy and the staff is extremely friendly. The place to be when visiting Sauce.
