Good location of the hotel. Nice staff and a creat atmosphere due to all the students. The breakfast was ok. There might be many better place around but it was convenient. The corner room was great seeing the sunset over Groningen.
Immaculately clean, stylish room with comfi bed, good hot shower, cooler/fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle and selection of teas and coffees, hair dryer, makeup mirror with light. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location. Very interesting forward thinking city. Exceptional architecture and design. We had severe disruption to our travel plans and couldn't arrive for our first night. Without needing to ask, they didn't charge us for that night. So kind!
The atmosphere created here by the collection of yurts, tents and shelters all lit with multicoloured fairy lights is truly special. The staff and volunteers make this stay something to remember. Ideal location to explore Groningen from whilst fully relaxing in the evenings.
We booked both rooms in the apartment - it was amazingly comfortable. I wish we could stay more than one night! Staff were all friendly; breakfast was great. Due to rain, the sitting area outside the windows was deserted so we were not bothered by noise or smoke, as previous reviewers have reported.
We had a very lovely stay at Schierzicht Logement in a comfortable and clean (deluxe) room with great views of the sea and the beautiful sunset. It was easily accessible via bus from Groningen, you can explore the national park on foot or by bike, and within walking distance to the ferry to Schiermonnikoog. We got a huge spread for breakfast and also enjoyed a delicious dinner. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We would be happy to stay there again.

It is so quirky and stylish. The location (just off the Main Street) is cosy and private, the bar area and the hammocks outside give it a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere and the staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!
