I booked this hotel on behalf of my parents and they loved it, especially the lovely breakfast. It was very close to the station and easy to find, right out of the busy area. I had some desert and coffee with my parents at the cafe before they checked in and I left, and the food was also very well-served and tasty.
It offered a washing and dryer, and a balcony. A fridge with two free bottles of water. Cold AC, and hot shower. The hotel was cleaner than the original perspective of the surrounding neighborhood. It was close to Namba, but if one doesn’t like to travel “off the beaten path” the area could appear a bit sketchy.
Welcoming staff. Room is clean & comfortable. Walk to metro. Very local & quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins walk to metro. A/C Fridge in room Clean shared toilet & hot shower Nearby cafes,bars,7/11,Lawson,Family Mart & LIFE Supermarket. Very good value. I extended my stay.
Great service. Fit for purpose, we got in late from a flight and didn't want to navigate to the city while tired. Comfortable room, great pillows, beautiful hot showers with strong pressure. All amenities provided. Convenience store on level 1, as well as food court. Extremely convenient and quick walk from Kansai airport.
Very near airport, excellent place to stay if you only have 1 or 2 nights in Osaka, the hotel is right at the Premium Outlet and other malls and place for activities. The sunset at the waterfront is beautiful.

Breakfast was fine but the contents were not worth its price.
Nice property & it’s very near to shopping street, malls, train station & eateries. Property has all the amenities for a simple travellers. Nice bed & a hot shower - all the essentials after a day of exploring.
Location is near the station, however the surrounding a little deserted
