Great location for the snowdome which we were visiting. Close to shops and a reasonable pub a short walk away. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy bed, and a good, hot shower. A nice property in a good location offering excellent value for money.

The food was of an high standard and the breakfast was excellent, too much to eat all. The staff were all very charming and helpful . The grounds and greens were immaculate and an idyllic setting. Spent a lovely evening, after supper, sitting out on the terrace listening to the local wildlife watching the sun set .

The flat is really beautiful exceeding expectations, the place was spotless! Everything you needed in a lovely modern kitchen, beds very comfortable and to a very high standard. Book this you will not be disappiointed. There is a beautiful walk with water and lovely wildlife within a stones throw. 10/10

Excellent room, good hot shower, pub restaurant very good with attentive table service, friendly chatty staff. Comfortable single bed in twin room. Useful tourist information file. Excellent electric heating units under guests control. Excellent parking with permission to park motorcycle off car park directly outside my room window Handy location travelling down through England

We have stayed here previously, love the location and the views the property brings. It’s a lovely converted barn, the girls love, going to the rocks, there are trail walks like luds church you can start straight from the door step. Barn comes with its own private garden which was brilliant for our younger autistic daughter to run around and be safe as it was fenced and gated off. We went to Matlock to do the steam train one day, and a day at the peak wildlife park, which the kids loved. Still be staying again next year.

Apartment was amazing, so clean and new. Our son’s double room was spotless too. Comfortable bed, super hot shower. We were able to make supper and breakfast in the lovely well equipped kitchen. Not far from Uttoxeter racecourse.
