The tents themselves (feels rude calling them tents because they're so much more) were so cosy and the beds were unbelievably comfortable! The owners/hosts couldnt have been more welcoming and accommodating and were so approachable. The views from all the tents down on to the lake were beautiful, the bathrooms were spotless and the grounds the venue is in felt like a real slice of paradise. I honestly cant rate this place enough. The wildlife, the goats up the hill, so close to the forest! What more could you want!

Rustic barn conversion, great for 1-2 people. Loved how rural it was, surrounded by fields and wildlife. Property has horses and dogs which was great.
When I started working in the 1980s, I would pick out Best Western Hotels. They were miles better than the tents and youth hostels that I'd been used to: you could get fish, chips and beer in the restaurant, the rooms were comfortable, and they always had a bit of individual character.
The building though on a corner opposite Morrisons, look for the number, not the name. It was very quiet during the night so was able to get an excellent nights sleep, there is a modern breakfast and meal stall in the hotel carpark from 7 am. and a neat terrace, with tables, up the metal stairs to the entry door, to eat it on. Excellent hot shower in my room. Room was cool even though hot outside, brilliant.
The hosts were amazing, they went above and beyond & the welcoming felt like you were just at home. The tents were immaculate, beds super comfy, facilities were too notch and honestly I have no bad reviews against this Glamping experience.
As a family we had an absolutely fabulous time, visiting delemere and crocky trail,it was great to go into the woods behind our rooms so the kids could build dens and explore the wildlife in the evening, we are already looking to return, great value breakfast and lovely helpful staff.
Lovely glamping site and the owners were so hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful at night when the lanterns come on and the beds are super comfy. Set up to give maximum privacy aswell. Tents are set up beautifully and very comfortable.
The cottage is spotlessly clean and fresh with perfect decor and lovely artwork. It's cosy, warm and beautiful and has a great location near all facilities. Parkgate has many lovely walks and bike rides to enjoy the wildlife. We found local people friendly and helpful.

The cottage was beautifully presented and set in a lovely rural position away from hustle and bustle. We loved watching the wildlife and enjoyed the peace.
