Great location for old town and new, good clean hotel and staff friendly. Never had any problems getting a sun bed.
Location is unbeatable if you fancy a swim in the sea or just like to look at it. All rooms are sea view and only 2 min from the nearest bar but lovely and quiet at night. Great area out the front next to the Sea to watch the sunset.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the quality of the apartment was excellent, and the heated pool was the best I've used in a long time. We had a large veranda and a nice added touch where we had our own private plunge pool to use anytime we liked.
The property has everything you need for a holiday, with a lovely welcome from a British host, which was great. The locals are fantastic. However, there were a few maintenance issues, such as the mosquito nets. The location can be challenging for families due to the amount of walking required and its rather remote nature, with not much to do nearby. The host, Kathryn, was superb; she couldn’t do enough for you and was always available to help. As a bonus, I would recommend getting a vehicle if you plan to visit.
The property was generally well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The terrace is beautiful with great views and perfect place to watch the sunset. The staff hosting the property were very welcoming and helpful, easy to contact and offered great restaurant suggestions.
The apartment is lovely, especially the spacious veranda. The pool is also very nice and the surroundings are beautiful.
Hotel communal facilities are very good, lovely swimming pool and surrounding sun bed area.

Location was very good, seconds from a gorgeous beach, a short walk to bars/restaurants/shops and right on the bus & tram lines to the centre of Alicante. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The shower was great. A/C worked perfectly. The accommodation has a gorgeous veranda with plants, outdoor seating & hammocks both sheltered and not if you want to sunbathe and read.
Ideal location, lovely room with great balcony & view. Pool was very clean and staff helpful. Good quantity of food in salad & deserts section Glasses & kettle provided in room when actually requested Lovely hot shower & a bath
