West bank, Luxor
All units are fitted with air conditioning, a fridge, a minibar, a coffee machine, a bidet, bathrobes and a dressing room. Accommodation includes a terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. At the luxury tent, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect. The staffs specifically Caream and the owner/manager were very helpful. I booked a trip with ANOTHER company on my first day at 8a.m but that company didn't show up and cancelled my trip. I would have lost a day. But I told it to the manager and within 30minutes he planned another trip for me. I also wanted to go to Hurghada after luxor and he also arranged the car for me. The lunch and diner are so delicious and we get a lot of food. At night they would light a camp fire where we can sit and get warm. If you are in Luxor, strongly recommend this hotel... 😊😊😊

It is so clean, calm and bright after the hustle and bustle of Luxor's streets. It smells nice. The restaurants are great. The pool is lovely. The staff are kind and helpful. The view of sunset over the Nile and the west bank - breathtaking.
Its very close to everything and especially close to Luxor temple since u can simply walk there if it's not hot. The breakfast meets up our expectations for a four-star hotel and they have a beautiful patio where u can enjoy the breakfast with a nice view of garden and Nile. The building itself is beatiful. The pool has a nice view of Nile river and has a bar where u can order drink. Watching sunset here is wonderful.
Location is great, facilities are excellent and the staff are fantastic. Rooms are very comfy, recommend getting the Nile view, fantastic views of the balloons at sunrise and amazing sunsets over the Nile. Great place to unwind after a day of exploring Luxor!
A big thanks to Mohammed and his team. They are all amazing and work hard to satisfy their guests throughout the day. Mohammed is the man for everything and together with Ahmed they organise and handle it all. The 2 day tour tyey organized included air balloon ride, Karnak and Luxor temple, Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut temple and the boat ride for sunset. The hotel is very nice, like a riad, including a pool and a rooftop terrace. Perfect 2 days in Luxor. Thank you very much.
Stunning Resort set right on the banks of the Nile with beautiful views & incredible sunsets. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an Executive Nile View Room which was spacious, well appointed & newly renovated with a beautiful outlook. The pool area was quiet, no issues getting a plush sunlounger & the service was impeccable - the staff are a real credit to Steigenberger. I couldn't recommend more highly & only wish our stay was longer.
The view from the Apartment and the roof top is fabulous, like in the picture. Mohammad the landlord is very friendly and happy to assist with activities. For example a Hotfly at sunset for 2100EGP per person. Crossing the Nile to Luxor is easy. The ferry (5EGP per Person) is just 400m away. A privat boat takes about 50EGP for the crossing.
Thanks god i choose here, it is beautifull apartment, clean and organise and so close to historical part and also far to crowded and noise ( center all time noisy ) and here i feel like in private villa and the view of the desert and mountain amazing.actually i scare this place will be famous and get price higher because i want to definetly come back here
Staff were extremely friendly and personable. Makmoud the concierge in particular was always saying hello to me in the hotel. The breakfast manager was always going out of his way to get me a coffee. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Facilities are generally excellent. There is a dock that you can directly use to access felucca rides. Sunset and dust near the Nile section of the hotel is really a beautiful place to spend sometime. Unlike many hotels in Egypt the staff aren't pushing for tips, which is a positive experience in Egypt.
Unfortunately i stayed only a very short time, so didn't have a change to discover all the facilities that the property offers, however, what I've experienced was enough to come up with my conclusion. The biggest highlight according to me is the infinity swimming pool that offers a spectacular view of Nile, wilderness and sunset. That really worth the experience. I also enjoyed living in the villas with direct access to the garden. Very pleasant atmosphere and definitely a great choice for any traveler or family.
Lovely breakfast with a view of the Nile. The kindness of the hosts! They arranged a fantastic Egyptologist guide for us to tour West Bank. They took us to the desert to watch the sunset. We loved listening to Marina’s life stories. We had an amazing time and we will be back!
