The luxury tents are perfect. The best part of the experience though was our guide, Charné Her knowledge, respect and enthusiasm for the animals is beyond compare. And our night tracker, Captivity, was also very skilled. He even spotted a chameleon in a bush in the dark !

Merriam is a super host. The tents are clean and stocked with basic items to cook or dine.
The bathroom is shared with other campers, but clean as well.
A perfect location and definitely worth it. Hope to come back
For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.
Extremely attentive staff, very friendly with outstanding service. Obviously the staff takes pride in their work, and rightfully so. They make you feel at home (Angel and Andine were fantastic). The restaurant serves tasty, well prepared food and they cater to dietary requests (my wife is pescatarian) offering additional dishes on top of an already good selection. Our ranger (Sipho) was excellent, spotting wildlife with ease and always making the effort to ensure the safari's are a great experience.
Very comfortable safari tents, beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Lions as we drove in, leopard cubs playing in a tree with a hyena eyeing them up from below. Elzane was a passionate and knowledgeable Guide. Highly Recommended.
It is an awesome camp within Kruger, unfenced so open to all the wildlife around. The tents are beautiful with a large deck & gas braai for outdoor cooking. The staff went above & beyond to give us a fantastic experience.
We really would have liked to have the elephants walk past ;) but had to make do with Buffalo, Leopard, Baboons & bush buck, & roaring lions at night - such a cool experience.
I had the pleasure of experiencing several game drives at Jock Safari Lodge recently, and I must say that the expertise and dedication of our ranger truly enhanced the entire adventure. He exhibited an exceptional knowledge of the local flora and fauna, providing insightful information and making each game drive an educational and memorable experience. His passion for wildlife conservation was evident, creating a contagious enthusiasm.
Everything. The warm welcome from the staff and their attentiveness everyday. The incredible song they sang for my partners birthday. The amazing and comfortable room. The view from the room. The food. The drinks. Relaxing by the pool.
The safaris were out of this world - our guide Mishack was so knowledgable and passionate about the wildlife - he made every game drive special and interesting!
i have never been so sad to leave a holiday!
Nkuhlu tented camp is hidden gem nestled within the legendary Kruger National Park. Surrounded by the breathtaking scenery, the camp offers seven self-catering luxury tents overlooking the Sabie River. With its tranquil ambiance and abundant wildlife, the camp provides an immersive bushveld experience for guest seeking a unique gateway in the heart of Big Five Country. Special thanks to the team for its warn welcome!
Fabulous accommodation overlooking the river and all the wildlife around. Amazing sunsets and because there are no fences, wildlife - in our case a hyena - just passes your tent. The staff is super nice, friendly and is always willing to help. They provided us with the latest sightings of wildlife in the area, so we found a lion, leopard and some elephants just 10 minutes from the camp.
Felt welcomed. Room/ tent as advertised, except the fact that bathroom was the shared campground one was no mentioned. That came as a surprise as I didn't realize that yebo safari camp was basically 3 or 4 ready-to-camp tents in the camping.
Big fridge, Chine pots and pans. All appointed will microwave and kettle and soap for dishwashing.
