The property location was very good, close to the public and private transportation and to Haram 10 mins walk, the grocery stores and restaurants were just in the way so it was so convenient especially during Ramadan. The view from my room was cool especially at sunset and night times. The room was clean and well organized. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were great.

Location was very good- easy to get to haram- it can be confusing for elderly people to use too many lifts,Conceirge attendants team were really good and on time help with luggage transfer and guidance in and out of the hotel. Dinner buffett was great -good menu and desert bar alot to choose.

The hotel shuttle was frequent and dropped us at the Jarwal bus depot. From here we walked another 10 minutes to the Haram. Good proximity to cafes selling roast chicken, rice and kebabs. A lot of taxis in front of hotel if you need to go anywhere. Clean sheets, hot showers and kettle provided.
