Very comfortable and quiet ground floor apartment with courtyard views and access. Lovely rooftop bar area great for sunset rooftop views. Staff were extremely helpful at every point of our stay, and breakfast provisions were excellent - enough for lunch snacks too!

Breakfast offering was fantastic, kids loved the pancake machine! It was busy but staff were great replenishing items. We LOVED the roof top pool and bar. It was never busy so we always managed to get a sun bed. After a day sightseeing in the heat it was a welcome luxury to come back to! Great views!

It’s an old property but it’s safe and clean. The standard room I was given is quite spacious with a nice view. The famous tram 28 pass by so you can take a video of it. Especially nice during sunset. There were 3 toilets in my floor which is great. There’s also a kitchen with fridge, hob and everything you need to prepare and eat.

We loved the location. Very close to the park and a short walk to many attractions within the city. wonderful to have a pool, sun beds and bar to end a busy day of sightseeing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. lots of choice and variety. Rooms modern and clean. Taxis are fairly cheap, so easy to get around the city if not wanting to walk. I would definitely return.

The reception was very helpful amd gave us great tips and info. Bathroom was very clean and nice hot shower. Big room with place to put your luggage. Close to Metro and tram lines. Sweet gift gesture as we were leaving.. a Portugal Fridge magnet. Kitchen upstairs to make tea etc a bonus. Aircon was a plus.

Lots of welcoming messages so we were met and already checked in on arrival. Bright double room with balcony door for fresh air. Douro vino and fresh custard tarts were a nice welcome. A short stroll to Metro, riverfront and main square for sunsets, trams and downtown walking tours. Great advice provided on good value eating and a map of main areas to see. Consistently lovely Reception staff assisted in securing an early morning taxi to the Airport.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, inclusive washing machine and dish washer, and tabs for that. You can prepare meals there, if you like. Overall enough place for 4 persons but only 2 can sit on the very small balcony. The balcony has a very great view on Placa da Figueria, and a nice sunset view. The location is very central so you are within 30 min by feet everywhere. Small supermarket around the corner.

This is a very basic hotel but it has the key things like clean room, sheets and towels and hot shower in clean bathroom. The reception is 24 hours and helpful. For a functional place to stay when i got locked out of my house and didn't want to spend lots of money, it was great.
