Excellent location--close to the museum sector, and easy walking distance to restaurants and other sights. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide selection of breakfast food and beverages. Seating for breakfast was ample with a wonderful a street view. Comfortable linens and mattress, clean bathroom, very good hot shower, and was quiet for sleeping. Very good selection of TV channels.
I liked the big bed , and I like the big window view, albeit the view was ugly but at night or sunset was pretty. Was initially blown away by how cool stuff was... which was ultimately the hotels downfall tho lol
Hotel Casa is excellent. The only criticism I can contribute is they are missing a revenue stream with the beautiful roof garden bar. It should be open untill midnight and offer food. Even if it's just chips and mayonnaise. Rooms were spotless, metro and trams adjacent, hot shower, lovely staff and great breakfast. Highly recommended
Amazing area, great for walks, museums and high end shopping. The hotel was beautiful, also the room I was staying in had an amazing view over the roofs and got to see a beautiful sunset. Breakfast was very good and staff polite and helpful.
Fantastic location. 5 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes from Dam Square, very central. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are there 24/7 The room was perfect. Comfortable bed, clean room, hot shower, view of the canal. Air con - although I didn’t use it as I prefer to open the window. I really appreciated the safe in the room for my valuables. Lots of power points - ideal for charging up my phone etc. All perfect for what I needed.
The location is perfect and so quite for a busy street. The most comfortable bed ever and a lovely hot shower. The accommodation had everything we needed. Mariann is the most wonderful host and couldn't do enough for us. We'll definitely be back.
Quirky entry and bar - lovely evening and cocktail experience. Individual service for breakfast - fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs etc Very steep and narrow stairs - we has a large suitcase which didn't help. Brollies to use in the rain. Fab bathroom. Mini bar contents included. Comfy bed and pillows.
I loved the location (walkable to the museum district and Leidseplein district) and the quiet neighborhood. It felt very comfortable and safe. I also loved the air conditioning, the fridge unit, the beds, and the window view of the sunset.
