    The apartment has good location with perfect view at the sea. Have all needed facilities and equipment for kitchen, and even more. Apartment is modern and stylish. The host is very friendly and communicative, trying to do all the best to make feel you like at home. We absolutely enjoyed to stay here, especially sitting in the evening at the balcony and see the sunset.

    Our apartment #1 looked better than on the pics! Very clean, the apt was equipped with everything needed. We felt there like at home. We had some issue with the bed as the construction was probably too fragile to handle two adults, but Djuro, the owner, fixed it immediately and we continued to have a very comfy sleep for the rest of our stay. The building is clean and very well maintained, there’s a roof top terrace with sun beds and great views over Tivat. Definitely will come back :)

    nice and calm location. Beautiful sunsets and view from the balcony. Demir was very kind and friendly who handled all our wishes. I definitely recommend this hotel. We had amazing vacation. Rooms are clean and quit big. Thank you 🙂

    Host was very pleasent and willing to help and ensure we had everything needed for comfortable stay. Apartment was clean, equiped with everything needed for cooking and enjoying the stay. Pool is excellent, always clean, enough sun beds for all guests. Location is also nice, close to airport, grossery shop and bakery.

    cosy place with nice atmosphere and free cat-teraphy(in hostel live few cute cats)-one more reason to arrange booking,wonderful view from roof terassa-perfect place to enjoy the sunsets,work,or just chill.good location-center is near,port area with many cafe and restaraunts,bus station 20 min by feet.kitchen with all facilities,laundry.Exellent staff.Would come back with big pleassure.

    Great location, very relaxing and peaceful. Outdoor terrace was wonderful with views of the Bay and sunsets. Close to local mini grocery store and Voli supermarket. Hosts Sime and Helga recommended boat trip of Kotor Bay on the Katica boat which was lovely. 6 hours for 15 euros each would recommend.

    Lovely fully equipped room, dishwasher included. amazing view of Kotor's bay - incredible sunset. The hotel has just open so some finishing touches are still added to it, but it did not affect our stay at all. Great new pool. the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, answered all our questions regarding places to see and eat in the area.

    Everything was just perfect! Aleksandra is such a great host! We really felt totally relaxed, she took care for us, helped us. The flat is peaceful right at the waterfront facing the green. There is a little harbour so you can dip right into the clean clean water. Beds were comfortable. We could wash cloths, sit on the veranda looking at the sunset. Highly recomended!
