It was pleasant staying at Sunset Forest Villa. The whole staff and ambience of the villa made me feel like home and the food was amazing . I would love to come back and the whole experience of staying at Sunset Forest villa was mind blowing. Highly recommended and will definitely stay with them againwhen we visit Kandy. Thanks again for making a memorable stay.

Beautiful view of Kandy Lake and beyond from the balcony of our rooms - great breakfast a la carte - simple and tasty fresh fruits, omelette, toast , juice and coffee. We also had our dinner in the little restaurant on the verandah which was delightful

A tranquil getaway nestled in the hillside above Kandy. Our room was spacious ,clean and well equipped. Balcony was overlooking the distant mountains . Wow ! What a view ! Hotel's amazing staff took great care of us , arranged tuktuks and had great advice on things to see and do. Loved the pool , clean and beautiful . The surroundings and the atmosphere were amazing . We saw a lot of wildlife . A great place to stay and have a peaceful time .

We loved our stay at Resort Beam! The owners were so friendly and welcomed us into their homely guest house. Lots of areas to chill, drinking water available and able to use a kettle. Breakfast was amazing, room was comfy with mosquito nets. We had to leave early so the owner made us a packed lunch for the day - we loved chatting with them :) would definitely recommend / revisit!

A nice spot up on the hills. A great room with aircon, a table and chair (sometimes hard to find), nice big bed, hot shower and spotlessly clean. Very good value. The hosts were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help me with various things. Extremely kind.

Fazly was exceptionally helpful and was able to organise all our tours/transport etc. He made some great suggestions for our stay which really made our trip to Kandy. The room is very clean with hot showers and a beautiful sunset view. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is in a stunning location with great views and the sunset from the veranda was beautiful. The house is very spacious, with a bathroom for each bedroom, and the beds were very comfortable too. The caretakers were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even helped us with some washing as well. The owners were very good at communicating throughout even though they were abroad. They gave us some great tips on what to do for the Perahara too. It was a pleasure to stay here. 😊

Absolutely beautiful stay. Welcomed by our lovely host who was so kind to us and very helpful. He made us the most wonderful traditional Sri Lankan breakfast every morning. 15 min easy walk into centre. Beautiful views from the balcony. Wifi temperamental at times but did work. No air con but slightly cooler temperature anyway as high up, fan provided in the room. Very clean room with mosquito net and nice hot shower. Well worth a stay here especially for the lovely host and setting.

The room we had was simple but had everything we needed, including a hot shower and large bathroom. we booked the basic room with only a fan and this was enough. The host was helpful on arrival at giving us tips for where to go and how to get there. They offer a breakfast, which is 1000LKR each additional, and was great. if you don’t stay in the ‘view’ rooms there is still a balcony you can sit on to look out and enjoy the sunset!
