Location was great. 15 mins walking from Hakata train station and there was a supermarket nearby. It felt like a home away from home. We loved having the kitchen and laundry. Amazing hot shower and toiletries were provided including towels and hairdryer.
Excellent location to take some break from the city. Great connection to the airport with K Airport Line. Amazing view, with great sunset. Including bath with the same mesmerising view from the window.
I like the veranda, the sea view and the sunrise super 😍 beautiful everything inside the room is very good the bathtub, the bed is very comfortable.. the staff is very kind.. most of all I request a birthday plate cake to my husband it was so good 😊…the breakfast is delicious, takibi lounge is superb we enjoyed specially my husband.
It was a nicely designed property in a great location, close to big shopping mall and many food places.Looked a lot fancier than pictures suggested. Very reasonable parking fee for 24 hours parking and was easy to reach. Having laundry and drier was helpful and smoothie drinks daily were nice. Breakfast was hit and miss, paid extra for it, but at best ate 50% of the contents. For non-Japanese would suggest to skip this and just get from 711 or Family MArt or any or shops nearby, there is plenty of choice.
Location - 10 mins walk to Hakata Station
Washer/dryer in room - although it did take about 5hrs in total to wash/dry a load (had to do several drying sessions to get completely dried clothes)
Bathroom amenities - good selection of amenities at the self-serve station in the lobby
Shower pressure - one of the best during our Japan trip. Nice to have a strong, hot shower after a long day out.

The location is very convenience to tourists we can walk just 8-10 mins to JR HAKATA,
convenience store near the Hotel. The staff were great and very helpful, clean and quiet room and good hot shower
10-15 min to Airport by taxi (¥1300-1500)
