The location is great, close to Campo di Fiori and lots of great restaurants. Check in experience was quick and easy with a personal touch. The views are wonderful, we sat on the balcony each evening and watched the swallows over the rooftops as the sunset. Great value for money.

Ideally located in a quiet district far from the tourist frenzy but still very central. Close to great restaurants and rooftop bars for a sunset aperitivo. Termini station is 10min walk away. The rooms are small but very convenient, very clean and the place only has 4-5 rooms which makes it a cosy spot to stay.

It was fairly close to several attractions that we wanted to visit. The cafe across the road was great value and served very nice pastries and coffee. There were restaurants in easy walking distance. The host was easy to deal with. A nice little verandah on the second floor provided a nice airflow when open. The elevator took us up to the fourth floor and the apartment felt secure.

The location is more than ideal since it’s located so close to many of the attractions and some of the best places to eat. There are even 3 restaurants outside the entrance including a convenience store. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent facilities. Eating breakfast on the veranda is so nice since it’s quiet and provides plenty just enough coverage from the morning sun whilst being surrounded by beautiful plants. Above all, the staff were amazing! They were some of the most welcoming and helpful people you can encounter.

The flat is very spacious, it's perfect for a few days stay as it has all the amenities like fully equipped kitchen (maybe beside sharp knife) with washing machinde, iron, hair dryer, laundry machine with washing liquid etc It has big balcony too, perfect for breakfast or watching sunset. The building has nice vibe, there is really cool, old elevator and parrots have nests in the big pine tree next to the building. Great value for money.

The location is so good. Its 7min to trevi fountain, 5min to pantheon, 15min to piazza del popolo by walking. The room was clean and has enough space for luggages. The furniture was old but looks good. The room has mini bar and small gardrope, also there were shampoo, soap etc in bathroom. The view from the terrace of the hotel was great. Especially in sunset time, sitting here is cozy. They let me to leave my luggages after check out, this was important for me. The breakfast was satisfactory.

Great location, so close to the railway station where there were trains, busses and trams. Soundproof room. Very clean and well presented with large, comfortable bed and hot shower. Plenty of storage. Felt safe. Close to supermarket and a variety of restaurants and shops. Immediate area is flat and easy to walk around. Vito was a wonderful host and accommodated our wishes.
