I was traveling alone and Latif arranged everything that I need or wanted to visit during my stay there inside and outside the property. Mymoona, his wife is an amazing traditional chef that offers to guests the opportunity to taste topical Kashmir food.
My experience was a beautiful location in an amazing lakescape managed by a very warm family.

Warm and friendly welcome; much laughter was had. A fun and relaxed atmosphere in a stunning setting on peaceful Lake Nageen. Family-run with extraordinary home-made Kashmiri food. Imtiyaz, an excellent guide, took us round Srinagar and up into the mountains, again definitely worth doing. Whether watching the kites and kingfishers at sunset or watching the shikaras paddle past, it is a balm for the soul.
I could go on, but suffice to say go and stay on the Lily of Nageen.

One of the best houseboats in Srinagar. Offers 2 time shikara rides during sunrise and sunset. The food is excellent. And the overall ambience of the place isn't something to be missed while you're doing a houseboat tour.

Very good facilities and services.Every basic amenities were available, bed was comfortable and warm at night, hot shower was available and the people here are very friendly.

Fabulous location far enough away from the Boulevard to avoid traffic noise yet with enough going on on the water to make for excellent people watching. Great place to watch the sunset! Comfortable and quiet cabin
The location was great, the bed was big & comfy, extra blankets were provided as it was cold in the evenings.
I did a day trip with Aqib to Sonamarg which was fantastic.
There was a hot shower, the food was delicious and also very reasonable price, Firdous and his family are all lovely and Naseer was a brilliant host
. I would recommend to stay here and hope that one day I will be back :)
Ver clean and hygiene, up to mark ,the best service ever ,owner has talked lots of care of us , the room we booked was so comfortable and bed was so big, we have seen best view from window while taking breakfast,it's nice boat washroom was good and big with hot shower,, enjoyed every second at houseboat,,
Best part of Houseboat is ,Beauty of antique furniture.,we got all facilities and we got free wifi ,it was little cold in morning we got hot shower and then provided us heater with bed ,which was helpful,proper heating system,it's luxury with very low cost ,one should visit.
