    Great location. Very clean. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Plenty of choice of hot food at breakfast. Good outside terrace to sit & relax with a drink from the bar. . Single room was just as advertised on the website, had everything I needed in it. (Very clean,comfortable bed,hot shower & clean towels everyday) Great value for money.

    Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice (included in the price) in the pleasant dining room. Spacious room in the annexe. Hot shower. Decent wardrobe space with hangers. Great location for beach and woodland walks.

    Lovely location, adequate parking, quiet room, hot shower, plentiful and tasty breakfast included. Short drive into town. Only stayed 1 night but very pleasant.

    The sea view and sunset were stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The underfloor heating in the shower room was a welcome bonus in February! Breakfast was good, too.
