Absolutely lovely. I stayed here as an alternative to a regular hotel room and it was spot on. Best sleeps I had in months. Cooked on the fireplace, although a kitchen is available. Showers were evened. Hot as heck and powerful jet. Staff was amazing. Definitely will return!

Lovely staff, ideal location, great supplies/ facilities, quiet and small (only 15 tents not a huge site) but lots of space in the tent and green surrounding

Very noisy. You can heard word for word of the flat down stairs. Kept me awake until gone 3am on 2 nights. Not that clean. Toilet doesn't flush. Extremely hot shower couldn't turn it down. Worse 3 days I've ever stayed anywhere. Smelt of cannibis.

Sunset and distant hills view from room. Bar and fireside area in lobby area- better in real life than the promo pictures which don’t do it justice. Lovely beer carefully served. Friendly staff. Modern gym and large pool.

Onsite parking had the disabled access bays right outside the main entrance. Rooms on ground floor as requested. Restaurant was easy access with a wheelchair, and found a table in a corner (away from the air con) where we could transfer to a chair. Breakfast had all the options available, quality food. Found a route out onto the upper terrace at the back with the wheels, for enjoying seeing the gardens and watching the sunset. Two nights, a very positive stay.

Very friendly. Lovely staff. Easy free parking for overnight stay but this hotel also caters for cruise parking so very busy but well organised.. Lovely full English breakfast. Very clean throughout. Good hot shower and tea and coffee facilities. Was a warm night but there was a lovely large fan in the wardrobe so a bonus! The room was OK. Towels and linen clean. Not at all dirty in any way and decor basic ..... the room just felt a bit tired.
