Beautiful, spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed and settee. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and made a fuss of my dogs. The copper bathtub in the room is fabulous! The river view is lovely and calming, especially beautiful at sunset.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to Richmond station and very reasonably priced for what you get. Also, I love that it has a 24hr front desk, and the staff are so helpful. I really can’t fault this place- it’s not glamorous, but it has hot showers, plugs that work, clean beds, a fantastic location and excellent service which is all I need.

Ascot building - good size rooms and beds. We bypassed daily housekeeping and made use of free drink voucher. Sports block a real bonus - never been so fit on holiday as swam most days with my son. Grounds and surrounding area great for walks , wildlife and just watching life go past on the river. Really good breakfast. Staff more that helpful especially a I noted a wasp nest outside our window. Got sorted that day!

Beautiful location with marvelous sunset views. One of the most well appointed rooms I've ever stayed in. Compared to other hotels in London, this place is a bargain for what you get. Staff also very helpful.

The spa is well thought through - even though the hotel was full, the separate areas felt secluded and private. Location is great as it is just outside the Richmond park and on the Richmond hill which is great for sunsets/sunrises, weather permitting.

Very helpful on reception. Parking is very very tight but the receptionist was helpful re how & where to park. Good powerful hot shower & lots of clean towels. Warm room despite the freezing outside temperature. Good value for money & really easy to walk to lots of different restaurants. Close to Kingston where we needed to be the following day.
