    Lovely big room overlooking the park in a quiet location. Lovely owners - they took in my dirty, dischevelled, backpacking arrival without batting an eye and a lovely touch of humour. Super comfy bed and really hot shower. Great value for money.

    The location was great, the apartment was clean and ideal for the four adults staying, terrific sunset views over the sea and the surrounding bars, restaurants and cinema were great too. Craft market on the square on the Sunday was interesting too.

    I liked the location very much. The communal space was very nice. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The only downside to my room (9) the floorboards were very creaky and the bed was also creaky and not very comfortable. Other than that, the shower en-suite was very nice and clean with a powerful hot shower and nice fluffy towels. Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits were also available. The full cooked breakfast and the facilities were brilliant and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

    Beautiful building, really accessible for central Plymouth, spotlessly clean on arrival, very friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome on check in. Room was perfect, lovely size, clean and cosy.
