For travelers who love being in nature with some added luxury. Also known as glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, surrounded by wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it and stay glamorous.
The apartment was really great, particularly the third floor. The ceiling hammock was a great addition and created an exciting dimension to the property.
Very central, with parking, which was fantastic in the city centre.
Would definitely return with an adult party.
We were greeted by very friendly staff. The room was immaculately clean and so spacious. The bed was so comfortable and large. We slept really well, probably helped by the very relaxing hot shower before bed. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice , and again, the restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.
We got caught in the rain on our walk back to the hotel and they even had little bags to put our umbrellas in to stop drips on the floor. It's the little things.
Lovely entrance foyer & it smelt great too! Check in was quick & super easy. Good WiFi. Cute breakfast area, you wouldn't know it was there other than at breakfast time.
Comfortable beds, lovely & hot shower with good pressure. Great location. Very quiet even though it is by the tram line & train station.
I booked Motel One at the very last minute, when I had to travel to Manchester on business. Motel One was centrally located, walking distance from the train station, there were plenty of helpful staff on check in, and the room was great. Motel one nailed the fundamentals, good bed, good bathroom (hot shower), a window that opens and clean / noiseless air conditioning. There's a lot of hotels in grand buildings in Manchester that charge twice as much with nowhere near the level of quality or service. I'll definitely book again.
Very clean and comfortable room. Good hot shower as well.
I was there for the manchester marathon, close to the start and finish.
Kettle in the room with tea, coffee and milk.
Kitchen with microwave but no cooker, good for me as I need my porridge before the race😊
Very friendly hosts and answers questions/queries Very quickly.
The room decor is great and very clean, with a well-appointed kitchenette. The view over Manchester from the upper floors (we were in room 1417) was fantastic and were treated to a great sunset. The room-service pizzas were excellent.
Room was just a standard twin but very spacious with good amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable. Spacious bathroom, powerful, hot shower. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Buzzy bar. Amazing location, 5 mins walk from Piccadilly train station, right in the city centre.
Stayed here while working in the area
