I booked Motel One at the very last minute, when I had to travel to Manchester on business. Motel One was centrally located, walking distance from the train station, there were plenty of helpful staff on check in, and the room was great. Motel one nailed the fundamentals, good bed, good bathroom (hot shower), a window that opens and clean / noiseless air conditioning. There's a lot of hotels in grand buildings in Manchester that charge twice as much with nowhere near the level of quality or service. I'll definitely book again.
Great location between city centre and concert venue 02 Apollo and right next to Manchester Piccadilly station. Despite this, very quiet.
Room spotless, spacious and comfortable. Great bed and powerful hot shower.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This includes the night time doorman.
All the staff are friendly & greet you with a smile , check in , breakfast & evening staff 👍
Nice quiet room , comfortable bed , good hot shower, that’s all you need but surprising how many so called flash Hotels don’t achieve this .
Also I can park free of charge 20 yards from the entrance .
