The location was excellent and the welcome from Simon was very informative. The accommodation was great and the walk down the canal to the town was very good. Would look to go back and do it all again.

Does exactly what it says on the tin; definitely off-grid. No electricity, although the host provides a fully charged station that light and charging capacity for phones, etc. Comfortable room and bed, with room to sit indoors or outside. There is a wood-burning stove to provide heat as well as bottled water. There is a good view from the window and terrace.

Stayed here more than once and it's an excellent location for a relaxing weekend break.
The hot tub is a must, even if it does rain in Llangollen now and again.
Would definitely book again the next time we stay in the same location.

Extremely comfortable and cosy beds, absolutely everything we needed including all cooking equipment, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, a lovely warm shower, heaters and cosy fleece blankets. The laundry room had a washing machine, was stocked with detergent and had a tumble drier as well as indoor and outdoor games. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The outdoor bbq and dining area was really cute with bunting and festoon lights. A large field for the children to play on and a pond with ducks.
For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.
The location is stunning. Simply put. Nice walk to the Horseshoe falls, helped by an amazing sunset. Bedroom was clean, bedding and bathroom were spotless.
It's a old building, and you can tell it's a period hotel. Everything was lovely, comfy beds, hot shower and no noise. We slept very well. Beautiful breakfast too.
Location was excellent and the bedroom was quite nice. Kitchen was decently equipped. Bathroom had a nice hot shower. Parking pass a definite plus for such a busy day tripping town. Good walks on the canal behind the apartment.
We received a warm, friendly welcome from the owner (lives in adjoining apartment) and was there if we had any queries or needed anything, however we were left to enjoy our break. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break, a lovely veranda to sit outside weather permitting.
The wifi is fast and we were also pleased with the large Smart TV too, lit the log burner one evening so we were lovely and cozy whilst watching Netflix and the dogs love sleeping in front of a fire.
Location was fantastic. Lovely wildlife all around to see and hear. Roads are all in a good state. Staff were super helpful, pleasant and professional.
Hot tub and log burner were fantastic.
The size of the lodge and the facilities in it were amazing as was the cleanliness
