Lovely room at the top of the house with a small balcony that overlooked the sea. No lift, though, so you need to be ok with stairs. Comfy bed. Clean linen. Hot shower. Coffee/tea making facilities, and a small fridge. Breakfast was ample. Cooked fresh. Also fruit and cereals. Owners were lovely, and very welcoming. 😊

I liked the well equipt kitchen, hot showers. All the rooms were clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. The lodge was warm and felt secure. We really like the location of the property which has a sea view and is within walking distance of the beach.

Lovely positioned Hotel just outside Falmouth centre, in beautiful grounds. Foyer and lounge are beautifully decorated with sweeping staircase and large comfortable sofas. Bedroom was okay with hot shower. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. The waitress was really friendly. Great value for money

The location was great, 10 min walk into Falmouth centre and close to coastal path walks, beach at the end of the road. Enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the evening with a glass of wine. Breakfast was excellent.
