It was in an incredible location. Super close to the supermarkets and town. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was perfect just what I needed after a long days hiking. I won’t have a hot shower with good water pressure which I had. And then get into a nice bed. Which I did.
What's not to like here it's Peaceful, modern , cosy chalet very clean , home from home In a idyllic location with perfect views beautiful sunsets 10/10 . Host very helpful and very much so on the ball. A hidden gem on the Cornwall coast line We Will definitely be back .
We Loved Everything about the place, the setting, the location, the lake, the facilities, the wildlife, inside the "building", outside the "building", the ducks & ducklings & fishes & trees & flora & fauna etc etc etc

The Hayloft is a very cozy cottage in a beautiful and quite location. It has everything for a nice stay in Cornwall. The welcome present was also very thoughtful. Crackington Haven is close by and it is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
We loved the surroundings. The tent was great and ideal for the kids even when it rained it was sheltered over the decking for them. The beds were really comfy. Everything was clean and a nice working hot shower. Brilliant for kids. The chickens were an added bonus for my boys!
The breakfasts were very good indeed, as were the chocolate brownies!! (The best we have ever had)!! Emma and James have worked so hard to create a wonderful enclave of cabins and safari tents in a beautiful area of Cornwall. The cabins are well equipped and comfortable. There is no washing machine available though, should you be staying for a long period of time, but there is a dishwasher. We had a wonderful time.
Excellent location. Lots of places and lovely beaches to visit close by. Shops close by for groceries.
Breakfast in the Little Pig Cafe was excellent! Children loved visiting the resident chickens. Safari tents were well equipped and comfortable. Facilities were excellent. We would definitely return and recommend to others!
We had an amazing 2 night stay. We used it as a retreat. We didn't leave, it was beautiful. So much wildlife, amazing sunsets and peace.
Could be used as a base if wanting to explore, but it is an amazing place to go and read a book and relax.
Hosts were amazing and friendly, they were there on arrival then left us to it for the rest of our stay.
We had everything we could possibly need in the shepherd's hut.
Clean, tidy, and good use of the space.
Bathroom was amazing
A comfortable stay.
