Nothing was too much trouble for Emma, set up 2 single beds in 2 separate rooms (attached to our double rooms) to give us more space at no extra cost! Warm, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice hot shower. Communal kitchen for cooking. Couldn’t fault it for 1 nights stay..

A comfortable stay, comfy bed, warm room, nice hot shower, relatively quiet room at the back of the property. Parking on-site. Spotlessly clean. Excellent communication.

It felt like a building site. The carpets in the corridors were all lined with cellophane wrapping. The bathroom in the room was very tired and the equipment old. the place was virtually deserted. There was no bar and no restaurant.

Centrally located and despite being part of a pub the rooms are tucked away and were completely quiet. Well appointed good-sized room. Water and biscuits were provided in addition to the usual hospitality tray contents. Staff was really lovely. Plenty of parking options nearby. 5 minutes walk from Waterside Theatre.
