    Comfortable apartment, nice complex and good pool which varied in temperature though always warm enough for me. Seemed to be just enough sun beds though we didn’t use them as not into sun bathing. Spa and massage excellent. Bit of a walk to nearest restaurants eg 20 min but we didn’t mind. We didn’t eat at the complex. Bed was very comfortable and bed linen and towels changed every second day. Wi-Fi good and cleanliness excellent. Air con kept the bedroom very comfortable at night. Staff were all friendly and professional

    The location is excellent, short stroll to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds. Pool bar is a bonus and well run by very friendly bar staff. We’ve already booked our next stay in lanzarote here!

    Rooms were spacious everything you needed shower was good,lovely wee patio at front, beds were comfy,and you could get a sun bed but some people were out at 7 in the morning putting their towels out ,there are 2 pools well equipped and there is a bar where you buy drinks and snacks which was good the only thing was the hill I was breathless when I got to hotel other than that everything was good.

    The friendliness of the staff especially Rafa and Jerry. There is always plenty of sun beds available and nothing seems to be a problem to anyone who works there from the maintenance people to the reception team.

    Location was perfect , one street back from strip but extremely quiet. Welcome pack great as we arrived late evening after shops closed. Even when windy , the pool area is well protected but cool breeze upstairs helps when it’s very hot . Plenty sun beds at various areas of villa . Owner very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Villa was very clean and beds very comfortable . Bathrooms were great and plenty towels. Dishwasher and washing machine were a welcome bonus.

    We have recently returned from a holiday staying in the Tisalaya apartments. We received a warm and friendly welcome. The apartment on the ground floor, was spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook. Also two sun beds for our use. The beds were comfortable, plenty of storage for clothes and a hair dryer. We did pay €15 for the safe which we were quite happy to do. We would definitely stay there again.
