The location is fantastic; close to Bikini beach, the shopping mall Miramar and good restaurants.
Large private parking behind the gate to the house. Towels, sun beds och beach toys to use during the stay. We also like the pool and the gym in the area. The air conditioning was working fine during very hot days!
The hosts were absolutely great! Susan and Adrie are reelly nice, so sweet and helpful, very easy to contact.
The view from room 1017 is absolutely beautiful with the sun rising over the beach to the sunset over the mountains in the evening.

Excellent Location. Close to heaps of different restaurants. Wanda was super helpful and was happy to chat even though we had to use google translate. Wanda lives in the apartment, but you wouldn’t even know she was there. There’s a little fridge in the room and a really nice verandah to sit and watch the walkers and beach goers. Room was large and she left plenty of snacks out to eat. 😆 Great place to stay if you don’t mind staying with the host. Best value for money water views and location going.
Position, the sea air and sounds each night .We loved the veranda and view. Too easy, parking fabulous ...everything at our fingertips...Loved the view of beach from shower ..good facilities washing laundry great...beds great 👍 well equipped kitchen.
Weather in June perfect 🥰 Loved the access to the beach Chiringuitos ( bar /restaurants) with lounges and food and drink. All along the boulavade, ,within mins walk from the apartment.
We stayed in block 4 - on the 4th floor with part sea view . Very nice hotel good location, comfortable bed and lovely room .
Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful. We opted for breakfast option , which was pretty good selection of all foods.
Swimming area lots of sun beds and pool a good size and very clean .
The location is excellent, everything is central to the apartment, well within walking distance to the shops, beach, train station, cafes and bars. the balcony is huge, sun beds, dining table. A fully equipped kitchen. washing machine, air con. Well done Marc.
