The staff are largely friendly and accommodating, and the building is well located (a straight 10min walk from Penn Station, close to Greenwich Village, etc.). Pretty crazy that a hotel could tempt me away from exploring Manhattan. I never wanted to leave, and can't wait to return.

Excellent Location - close enough for client meetings but after work great place to end the day. Enjoyed the roof top terrace especially. Staff was friendly and extremely attentive and helpful. room accessories were splendid - coffee machine, iron and foldup ironing board - just what I needed to stay sharp.

It was the most comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Hudson yards. Best coffee right in the hotel and a really cool bar on the 4th floor. The staff is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a room with an alcove and it was just pure bliss.
