We came in late from lava viewing and the owners were super accomodating. Very clean, comfy, beautiful property.

Above all the price was by far the best we had in ourxwhole trip in Hawaii

The room was spacious, the private bathroom was beautiful. Large shower, double vanity sinks. The room and house were very clean. There was a small comfortable setting room and a very nice Lanai. There were two spacious closets. A large flat-screen TV with good reception. The owner was very gracious. The guest parking was at the front door, very convenient. The location is close to town, a plus.
We had a one night stay here on our way to the airport due to its close location but wish we had stayed longer! The guest house is really cozy with a great energy, it’s very close to good snorkelling places and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and we could see the stars from our windows when we slept- it was very lovely and we can’t wait to come back but for longer

Super location right across from the beach in a nice complex. The apartment was very clean! A bit dated in style, but comfortable and packed with everything you could need in the kitchen, beach and pool items... really appreciated being able to do laundry! Bed was super comfy, too. Great beach just minutes down the road. Really enjoyed our stay!

The location and view was Exceptional! The host was very communicable with the whole checkin/arrival process. The house and room was very clean and quite. Being high up on the hill, we had a very amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean.
Very clean room in a quiet, green residential community. Great location close to the coast. There was a microwave and fridge, which were appreciated. Lots of birds and birdsong. Owner gave very clear instructions over text.
This is a top B&B run by Pam and Dean. It's a great location to visit Volcano NP. When we arrived we had a lovely warm welcome from Pam who explained everything to us. The room is very comfortable and spotlessly clean and looks out to the rear garden. Breakfast is provided in the room and is exceptional, you will not go hungry! Dean is also a Park Ranger and gave us a lot of helpful information for our day in the Park. Thank you.
