I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

Set 1.1 km from Jomtien Beach, Copacabana Jomtien Beach Condo 中天海滩寇芭酒店公寓 offers a rooftop pool, a fitness centre and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. The apartment has an indoor pool with a pool bar, as well as a sauna and a lift. Everything was 200% I couldn’t have dreamt of a better place! The apartment was fabulous, very classy decor. Sea view from the living room and from the bedroom… the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The swimming pools are breathtaking! Meedy who took care of me at my arrival was lovely and he brings me back my phone charger when I realised i forgot it after checking out. Next time I will come back to Pattaya, I will stay there again, no better place than this condo! The location was on top with the night market just next door and all the shops and restaurants. My only regret was not booking a longer stay. You will not be disappointed!

The air conditioning worked very well and there was always hot water in the shower. The room had a comfortable bed and always had a good supply of drinking water. The location was very close to the beach and to many good restaurants.
