The stuff is really super friendly and super helpful. they will greet you every time you see them. Breakfast are just fantastic - very vast selection of food from different regions. Everything is of high quality (maybe except for the coffee - but I have not been in a hotel with good coffee ;) ). The free transport to Siam Center is not only very convenient but also very fun - our kids loved it. The swimming pool is beautiful, clean and open till late hours - it is just perfect to relax after a busy day. in Bangkok. Free beverages in the fridge refilled every day and one-time snacks are making this superb experience even better. I seriously have nothing to complain about

Love Ascott! Very clean, spacious rooms ours was an apartment although we booked a normal room, there was a washing machine. Live the hotel location, very clean, safe and prestigious neighborhood. Breakfast had halal options and it was a great asian experience and the restaurant view is amazing still cant get over the view from our room in the 33th floor staff are so polite and helpful ❤️
