The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. This is definitely one of the nicest hotels we have stayed recently. It has a rare combination of very a attractive product, incredibly friendly and attentive staff and a great location. The hotel opened up only in 2021 so the hardware is still brand new. The breakfast was very very good and a bit more original as most breakfast we have had in Portugal during our holidays. We had lunch once in the restaurant next to the pool which was also high quality. One of the things we liked most about the hotel was the tropical garden with the pool, the sundeck and the terrace. Ideal if you don’t feel like getting around town and just want some time off. It is done very tastefully and not something you would expect in a citycentre hotel. And again a big praise for the staff; nothing was too much - both in the reception and in the restaurant. Always cheerful and nothing was too much. A special praise to Bruno - he is a jewel for this place. The rooms are comfortable (but small !) with a good bed, good airco, good wifi and good shower. Also very good that there were no single use plastics in the rooms or elsewhere in the hotel. Next time in Lissabon we will for sure stay here again. Also very convenient that there is a large public car park just around the corner.
