The breakfast was excellent, a very varied buffet breakfast with a good selection of both sweet and savoury, as well as cold and hot food items. Staff is very polite and friendly and we felt welcome from arrival. The cherry on the cake for us was that the hotel is dog friendly, and our dogs even received a little welcome pack. We'd be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I could play all day 😂 great location, clean toilets and shower room. ample towels, toilets had a hair dryer. the checkin process was seamless, no body physically checked me in, instructions were clear and I could navigate through by myself. the rooms were spacious and had curtains, and cozy beddings, room had spacious lockers which included free room slippers and noise cancellation ear buds. room had a TV! reception area had a kitchen and fridge also so many boardgames and free arcade machine.

Hello Hostel & Apartments is situated in central Bielsko-Biala. Its location provides easy access to the centre of town as well as the numerous historical sights. Free WiFi access is available through the hostel. We liked the value, the location, cleanliness, that the furnishings and layout was creatively done, decent quality, spacious, and very comfortable. My husband and I were in a double with private bath. There was also a pullout couch for a child or 3rd guest. I had worried that the place might be overrun by unwashed, young backpackers or families with young noisy children, but in fact it was quiet. We stayed 3 nights mid-September 2024.
