The moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff as cold glass of water and rag because It was so hot outside. The room smelled good and was clean and spacious. Tina always made sure that I had a well balanced breakfast every morning, and was accommodating to my dietary restrictions. My whole experience felt genuine and that to me is a luxury. It was also very safe as you need a code to enter the building. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Boracay.

It is affordable, good location near white beach and D’Mall and restaurants. The swimming pool is not big but good enough. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is yummy and lots of variety. There’s a welcome drink after a long travel and hot weather.

Very cheap and affordable lodging for men who needs a room to stay/sleep in for the night. Their communal/dorm-type room was okay. It wasn't as clean as I thought it would be but passable for the price. The room was air-conditioned. So it's really up to you if you're okay sleeping in a room with other strangers. I stayed for a night for just P500 and that's cheap considering its location.
I was able to change my initial booking schedule and they even upgraded my room. The staff were very accommodating, especially Guia, who assisted me to get a good driver/tour guide for the land tour. The room is spacious and has good basic amenities. The price is relatively cheaper compared to other bigger properties in Station 1. Since the location is in Station 1, there are fewer people around and the beachfront is really beautiful. It was really nice to enjoy breakfast by the beach.
Location!!! Best budget beachfront hotel ideal for tourists who prefer some seclusion but is still at a comfortable distance from the retail center, D Mall and docking stations for the many activities Boracay has to offer. The staff was also all very pleasant and accommodating of special requests. The Latin American kitchen and bar, Muchos, serving Zuzuni's breakfast and a wide variety of dishes that are healthy and flavorful just offered most that one can possibly crave for to choose to just stay and enjoy. The drinks are fantastic too!
The room is ideal for a family of four. You can't really say that it's a budget hotel when you're inside the room. Truly, we loved it and kids did love to stay in the room. Wifi was stable - kids had their online classes without any connection issues. And swimming pool was very clean and most importantly, hotel staff were very accommodating - excellent customer service indeed!
