Everything was well taken care of so we really did not need to call Morgen for much but when we had a question or request he was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with We booked two different kinds of rooms. One was more spacious with a stove top/kitchen area the other just had a kitchenette but both had hot tubs and we really enjoyed them after a day full of adventure activities Location was quite convenient

The apartment was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable! My parents and I had a good time, we took advantage of the kitchen and the laundry machine. The owner Grant stopped by to replace a light bulb the first morning and offered to drive me to get my rental car and made sure everything went ok. Very nice to have a friendly local who helped when I needed it.

Location was great. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Affordable. Snacks, drinks and ice were a nice gesture.
Location is excellent for the airport. We were welcomed warmly and checked in very quickly. As this is a budget hotel, the rooms are small but there was plenty of room for the two of us and our luggage. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was top quality. The bathroom was serviceable, good shower and practical. The whole room was spotlessly clean. This is the second time we have used this hotel for flying out of NZ in the early morning.
Affordable Ideal location
Ideal location in the city, close to bars and restaurants, comfortable beds (best sleep I’ve had in a long time), good shower in room, friendly staff, budget price but offers the same comforts of more expensive accommodation, and luggage storage available after check-out.
The unit was very clean with very comfortable beds. It also exceeded our expectation as it included a spa bath which we weren't expecting so that was a pleasant surprise! For us, the location close to the central city was ideal and the staff were friendly.
Great for what we wanted, cheap but comfy with everything we needed. Yes the room was small, expected that, yes the bathroom was small too, expected that. Shower was plenty big enough, great shower head. No complaints, definitely return for a budget stay. Perfect location to walk to cbd.
Ideal location, in the heart of Napier, with everything within walking distance. Limited parking available, but I was given a small space to park my motor bike off-street. Everything very clean and tidy, comfortable well equipped and furnished room.

We needed a 3 bedroom unit at an affordable price and the Coachman’s Lodge Motel accommodated us perfectly. One of our party had limited mobility and staff happily prepared a bed for her downstairs. Location ideal and our unit had everything we required. Very clean and comfortable
The entire experience was wonderful. Affordable, gorgeous location with an amazing view, and a lovely room. The room was very clean, well stocked with biscuits, coffee, tea, chocolate and plenty of towels. The bathroom was spotless and everything worked well, nice quality towels and bed, good facilities.
