Great breakfast buffet and bar, really comfortable bed. The room, although cozy, was laid out very well. Sensible placement of plugs, lights etc. I keep looking in every nook and cranny to see what other cool things were hidden away. We really enjoyed our stay. I will be seeking out CitizenM hotels around the world from now on.

This is in Berjaya Times Square which we realised was a Mall. So for location it is a 10/10. Right through a connecting door you walk into the mall where there are many food options. We arrived close to midnight but the agents were available to hand in our keys and move us to the room. Taxi from airport to hotel will cost you around 120 MYR. Get the GRAB app..its the easiest and cheapest way to go around time. Hotel to airport cost us 75 MYR. The location is very close to petronas and Aqauria klcc , short affordable taxi ride away.

The room was very clean, location isn't the best for public transport, and it wasn't very central, but Grab is so cheap it didn't really matter for us. In that area the local restaurants and laundromat were really good and cheap. Small gym and pool but it is nice to have. Pool bar was nice as well.
Michael was a consummate host, incredibly welcoming, helpful, and graceful in his handling of all tasks. So pleasant and easy to deal with. The hotel itself is of a quality of design and feel that surprises me, given the room rates which are amongst the most affordable in KL. Outdoor spaces are many and varied, and quiet spots for laptop work are comfortable and well-designed. Location perfect, atmosphere perfect, I won't be looking further for another base in KL. Location is great also the facilities. The gym and roof top pool are fantastic. It has a luxury feel for a very affordable price. The beds, linen and towels all very clean.

IT was my second time stay in Concorde (after 10 years) and this hotel remains my favourite for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. Location is ideal (and Grab's come here very quickly) , walk to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. One of the best buffet breakfast with so many food choices. Very clean and spacious pool with nice sitting area. Live music with all bands performing hits and also take your song requests. I cannot find any flaws in this hotel and recommend everyone with family or for business visit to stay in this hotel.
If there is no security deposit requested at the last minute I would rate it as a perfect booking. Check in and out was efficient. The Place itself Is quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and tidy. Spacious for a family of 6 to stay. The view was excellent. The location is good for shopping. A lot of fast food at nearby mall. The pool is not crowded. 20mins to Bangi Wonderland. An affordable water park for the kids day out. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Any issues during our stay would be dealt almost immediately..
