Lovely and friendly staff, nice location, breakfast was ok. Really nice to have a pool to cool down in. Turtle in the backyard is so cute. Free cooking class one of the days I was there. Enjoyed my time a lot, booked to stay a few more days. Merida is a nice place to have as a base while you can do daytrips to cenotes, beach, chizen iza, uxmal, and so on. Would come back!

On the spaces of this Suites, you can perceive the Caribbean sea breeze though the balcony. On the mornings you can hear the birds and during night it is relaxed. The place is just amazing! It's in a really quiet neighborhood, 7-10 minutes walk from the great, big and not crowded beach. The staff was really nice and helpful. You can get free bikes there to wander around the city, which is really nice and convenient. The breakfast was good also. The rooms were well equipped and clean. But the best things we liked about this place is the cute back yard and the rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view. Would definitely stay there again!

With a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features a hot tub and room service. It’s a hidden paradise, away from the crowd but still close to the center. We loved the atmosphere that is very peaceful, the beautiful pool and various levels of rooftops. The staff was also lovely, we will be back!

All excursions can be made from P. Morelos, so perfect location and super safe compared to Cancun and Playa!
