We communicated with our hostess by WhatsApp and she was very responsive and helpful. She ordered the pizza for our supper the first night, the taxi when we left, and arranged to have a SIM card delivered for local phone service.

Enjoyed my time a lot, booked to stay a few more days. Merida is a nice place to have as a base while you can do daytrips to cenotes, beach, chizen iza, uxmal, and so on. Would come back!

We loved the atmosphere that is very peaceful, the beautiful pool and various levels of rooftops. The staff was also lovely, we will be back!

We felt really welcome in this hotel, staff was really nice. Breakfast was amazing and location is great. We truly recommend it !
