The property is situated 25 km from St Anthony's Church, 27 km from Maris Stella College and 28 km from Dutch Fort. St. Mary's Church is 28 km away and Negombo Railway Station is 28 km from the resort. We liked the food options: huge breakfast (english or local) and great option for lunch and dinner, massage, the amazing view, the very good staff and our drivers. Moreover, we loved the honest help from the owner and his availability via whatsapp. The wifi is also working very well. When laying at the pool you can order milkshake, sodas etc... People are always happy to help. We were able to do with the help of the hotel in 4 days: - A safari in Wilpattu National Park - Visit of Pidurangala and Dambulla Royal Cave Temple and Golden Temple - Kandy, Elephant Orphanage and a Tea Factory - Colombo Each day we had a driver for the full day who helped us. The hotel made a breakfast to take away every time we had to wake up early. I felt like my friends were welcoming me in their country by making our stay the most easy.

Beautiful grounds to walk alround with lots of interesting statues etc .Lovely clean pool and great food. The owners were friendly and helpful. Pool surrounded by coconut trees and you can watch as the fearless coconut man climbs a tree and shimmies across the ropes from one tree to another placing pots to collect the toddy. We were given drinks to try .. delicious the food was good too especially the coconut honey . Great place to relax away from everything . The cabin was huge with seating area inside and outside to watch the squirrels running around .

Very helpful and organised our Safari at Wilpattu National Park which is only a few minutes drive away and our transfer back to Negombo the next day. We had a beautiful, lunch, dinner and breakfast prepared for us which was some of the best food we ate during our entire trip. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable.

Our tree house was right next to a monkey family’s tree house ;-) we walked around the lodge, had amazing three course dinner, went on a late night river boat safari, and a half day morning safari. Spotted crocs, elephants, saw fresh leopard footprints (couldn’t spot the cat, however she was definitely there), so many different birds, monkeys. Had breakfast from the provided basket and lunch when we arrived back at the lodge. The location is great, on the river, close to the Wilpattu entrance. We stayed one night but can recommend staying two.

There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I felt like I found my home. The owner and his family were very kind and friendly. The food they made was amazing. They organized my transfers and the activities I wanted such as jeep to the tip of the peninsula and tuk tuk around to see the donkeys. The views were amazing.

The hotel has family rooms. When arriving we were greeted with a welcome drink and showed to our room. Great size room, super clean! the garden and pool area were both so well kept and beautiful. All the staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem. The food was really nice and good portion, 1 dish was enough for the two of us.
