Beautiful location and views from the balcony! Unreal to wake up to and watch in the evening. Access to the hotspots in the dolomites is ideal. Very clean and the kitchenette is super useful. Marianna even brought us fresh milk in the morning which was amazing.
Cozy location, overlooking the lake (best views from the 2nd floor up), the owner is a gem , with a trove of advices about the area, spotlessly clean, copious breakfast. Ideal spot to visit the Dreilaenderecke area.
Location is fabulous - very clean and our host Claudio was fantastic to deal with- he met us personally and showed us everything - lots of extra touches to ensure it was hassle free (eg bottle of Prosecco and chips/ oil for cooking, access to washing machine) so clean and comfortable with great Wi-Fi - will definitely stay here again if returning - top class 10/10
The property is very traditional to the region, typical interior style, wood furnishings, very pretty. I had a bedroom overlooking the valley with a balcony, lovely to have the morning sun. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The restaurant served very good food, evening meal and buffet breakfast. The staff were very attentive and relaxed. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area
We loved staying at Hotel Garni Snalterhof! it is in an ideal location right in the center of Ortisei. The employees went above and beyond our expectations to help, answer questions and were so kind. The breakfast had a great variety of food and the waitstaff were wonderful! Our room was large, very clean and had everything we needed.
It was spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. Lots of hot water and good showers. Towels were large and soft. The two bedrooms were well separated so plenty of privacy and no noise transference. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. A delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. We requested a few extra things and all were supplied promptly. Very quiet location and beautiful views.
Excellent, comfortable, modern apartment with all amenities at a superb location in Kastelruth. Great privacy , very clean, good support staff makes this an ideal place to stay for a visit to the Dolomites. Transport, supermarket, restaurants all available close by. Response from the owner is very prompt .
