The owner Stefano is a very charming young man who helped us with the luggage and parking. He arranged a private city tour for us and a restaurant for dinner. His entire family, parents and kids, work in this family business. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of sausages, croissants, eggs, bacon, coffee, etc. and was served on a roof terrace. There is an elevator in the building which is very helpful. Very easy communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Syracuse.

A great walking distance to Ortigia, lovely staff and clean modern rooms. We were surprised by how much we enjoyed this hotel. The pictures and google street view don’t do this justice.

It is located 2.1 km from Cala Rossa Beach and features a lift. Syracuse Cathedral is 1.7 km from the guest house and Fonte Aretusa is 2.1 km away. Commutation was great. Very friendly host. Loved the decor of the room and having a balcony was great.
