She has lots of recommendations to share if desired, and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. She is also very flexible and inviting. The breakfast was excellent, including some homemade baked goods and a good selection of fruits and meats. Location was convenient to pedestrian areas, historic areas, and tourist sites. The room was a good size, with a nice set of bathroom (moisturizer and makeup remover!) and room amenities (nice tea selection!) and there was a really lovely common area that could be used to relax. We would definitely stay again if we make it back to Ravenna!
