Beautiful flat, spotlessly clean, perfect location within metres of the Duomo, and with a direct view of its portico from one of the rooms. We had very limited time in Como and we were able to explore the centre and the lakeshore very easily. The room was not cheap, but the rate was entirely fair for the area, bearing in mind the quality of the accommodation.
the location was fantastic- great views across lake como and sitting on the balcony was a stand out feature. very clean and host friendly and helpful. having train station within walking distance was great and it was cheap to travel to places along the lake. it was also an easy walk to Varenna. there is a small ‘beach’ below apartment and you can swim in the lake.

We had a private economy room with a bunk bed and shared bathroom. The room was exactly as in the photos with AC. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, good value for money. The host - Mario, was super helpful, he helped me with a private parking, bus tickets and luggage. He also gave us very good recommendations. For the guests with car, the hotel offers a private parking area for 15 € a day (reservation required) Definitely, will stay again!

The apartment is in a fantastic location- really close to lots of shops and restaurants, the duomo, and the lake. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need. The host was also very nice to deal with!
