I loved the fact that they contacted me well before our arrival date and answered all my questions. It was very reassuring. The room is lovely, very clean and modern. Balcony overlooking a busy street. Loved the absolute Napolese vibe. Many restaurants around. Bathroom also modern and well-equipped. Although there is no kettle in the room but we can access the kitchen/breakfast room 24hrs and can help ourselves to tea, coffee, water and even pastries. It feels like the family, who run this property really care about their guests and they are proud owners. It shows how much care and attention they put into our overall comfort. Cleaners and waiters are also very attentive. Great wi-fi and A/C. Helped with transport to airport. I am glad I chose this boutique B&B. Highly recommend it!
