A wonderful stay at a fairly new property. Very well decorated in a modern theme, the floor to ceiling windows in the room are awesome! Shower was top notch, all was very clean. Our safe battery was low, and that was corrected very promptly, and worked perfectly after the battery change. The Vesuvius Garden ( off the 1st floor) should not be missed, we very much enjoyed evening drinks out there. The roof top restaurant was very good, food and service wise, and the views are spectacular. A top notch stay, we felt pampered during our stay. Shuttle service to and from city center is a nice touch. Please visit the cafe just across the road, it is kind of hidden, but well worth the visit, we didn't try it until our last day, and that's disappointing, it is very nice!

Great location in the heart of Naples, on the main street close to sea and to the historic centre. Our room was bright and sunny, clean, with all necessary equipment. We had a very good, authentic breakfasts, with coffee, tea and also hot chocholate (if you wish), local pastry, fresh juice, fruit. Francesco and his colleagues are nice, friendly and helpful people. If you wish, you can order (for extra fee 60 Eur/2 persons) for private spa. This is nice experience (we recommend to those, who don´t visit sauna regularly). I will book for this place again, when I come to Naples.

When we arrived in the hotel, Sara received us and explained everything with patience and kindness. She was very very nice! She gave us tips about the city, restaurantes and everything in english because we don’t speak Italian. The room that I stayed is exactly the same as the picture: in front of the Duomo Cathedral - I was completely in love with the view. Now I understood the high score of the property in this app. They worry about the guests and treat you in a very special way. I hardly recommend the property! And the room with a view is special!

The balcony area and views were spectacular. The pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers and the bar served the most delicious cocktails. After a few mishaps, the manager Baldo and receptionist Raffaella quickly resolved our issues and made the whole stay enjoyable. All the staff are welcoming and speak fantastic English. The hotel is in walking distance of some great local restaurants (much cheaper than larger tourist areas) and the car park has plenty of space. We hired a car so we could tour parts of the Almafi coast but always enjoyed coming back to Agerola, which was quieter and very peaceful. The breakfast had lots of variety and we stayed for lunch one day which was better than some restaurants we visited in the larger towns! We would definitely stay here again
