It was a lovely property for a family, with the kitchen and dining table a big plus for simple breakfasts. Appreciate the washer and dryer which also had washing powder conveniently provided. It was a pity that it was raining when we were there. Can imagine that sitting outside for a bbq would have been great.

The location is a little bit outside of Selfoss so you need a car to get there (or taxi?). The area is very quiet, there are two apartments adjacent to one another in the same building, plenty of parking space and a lot of emptiness all around to enjoy what iceland is all about. We didn't see any Northern Lights but I can imagine that if there were any this would be a fine place to view them. We only spent one night here but this would have been a perfect base to explore the area and spend 2-3 nights.
