The town centre, with a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute walk from the property. A beautifull guesthouse! Since the moment we arrived the host was really helpfull and give us very usefull tips. The house and the room was lovely and the views were amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was great, far enough away from the pubs and crowds to keep it quiet but close enough to walk to everything. Denis, Mark and the whole team were exceptional hosts. They went over the top with accommodating anything we asked for. Having laundry on the premises was a plus. The breakfasts were amazing, the best we had anywhere on our 3 week trip to Ireland, Scotland and london.

All modern and spacious apartments have separate living rooms and kitchens. Each also offers a washing machine and free Wi-Fi. An excellent apartment in a fantastic location. The Helm pub and restaurant (located below the apartments) is an amazing place, the team, food (excellent!) and atmosphere has real charm. We enjoyed this each morning for breakfast and for dinner and drinks most evenings. The location at The Quay is great for Westport House, the working harbour and a close Westport town. Very relaxing and charming, but close enough to the action.

At breakfast, you can choose a full Irish breakfast, or something from the comprehensive menu, with homemade breads. The room was spotless, big and very comfortable. Breakfast was gourmet and the staff was exceptional. The owner made check-in very easy and was extremely accommodating when we arrived a bit early. The location is very close to multiple bus routes making it very easy to explore the area and travel to the city centre.

The location of Leenane Hotel makes it an excellent base for exploring Connemara. The facilities include a bar, a spacious restaurant and a private resident’s lounge. Breakfast was delicious - their soda bread was some of the best we have ever tasted! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the camaraderie of the guests hanging out in the lounge area. This was a very relaxing location to get away for a couole of nights - peaceful and removed from the chaos of the city. Beautiful country atmosphere.

Set in Castlebar, in a historic building, 4.6 km from National Museum of Ireland - Country Life, Mayo Glamping is a recently renovated campground with a garden and barbecue facilities. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The campground also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Our hosts were so kind and very responsive to our requests. We went during the off season so basically had the whole site to ourselves. We were able to relax and enjoy our surroundings throughout our entire stay.

This recently renovated homestay is located 44 km from Roscommon Museum and 44 km from Galway Greyhound Stadium. Guests can access the homestay via private entrance. Breakfast was self-service. Our host did a load of laundry for us, mid-way through our 2-week trip. The proprietors also operate a small farm and it was wonderful to observe their animals.
