From an umbrella to little niches. the sofas and bed are great. a warm atmosphere and a feeing that the host just wants you to feel great! thank you dear Aurelia! and yes - the location is also great - 5 min. walking from the ferry port, very close to old harbor, close to everything.

Everything about Yayaki is great. It's an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of town. The room and facilities are high-quality, stylish and, obviously, very comfortable, secure and clean. I arrived late in the evening and Karl and Dimitri insisted on making me tea and toast. In the mornings the breakfast was excellent - and such a lovely, calm place to plan out my day. Karl arranged for a bike to be delivered and recommended a couple of excellent restaurants for lunch. At night it didn't even occur to me that anyone else was staying at Yayaki; there was no noise from other guests - despite a few small children around. Not knowing anything about Spetses, I had originally planned to stay at The Poseidon - I'm incredibly glad it was booked out. Yayaki is a far more peaceful, personal, welcoming experience.

We booked the hotel last minute for a weekend getaway and we came across a very pleasant place! It is spotless clean, they offer standard hotel service; towels, shampoo/showergel/conditioner and the layout of both the room and the bathroom are modern and minmal. It is nicely located in the area of Kounoupitsa, however certainly requires a bike in order to reach it. The view of the standard room we booked was indeed beautiful as both of our windows overlooked the sea. It is a nice and quiet spot and the owners are very helpful and nice. We were really appreciative of their help and accommodation with regards to an issue we faced with our bike. They did indeed go above and beyond. Will certainly return!

A great place to stay in Spetses, the hotel is situated a bit outside the port at a quiet location 15 min walking from the center. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice decoration. You have to keep in mind that the shower is inside the room, we knew it before booking and it wasn't a problem for us as we are a couple. The amenities were from local producers. The room was clean and quiet. The owners were great! Very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the port, helped us rent a quad and gave us great tips! The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety and very well cooked. They allowed us a late check in without extra charge. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it!
